When does a referral qualify?
A referral qualifies after a new merchant is attributed to your agency, completes any free trial, and makes their first successful app subscription payment.
How long does the 20% commission continue?
It continues on each subsequent successful subscription payment while the referred merchant remains an active paying customer and the partnership remains in good standing.
How are refunds and taxes handled?
Commission is calculated on net app subscription revenue received by Larkis, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, credits, and payment processing adjustments.
